Returns & Refunds policy

1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (refrigerated goods), we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

  • Defective Products: We only accept returns or provide refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Notification: If your order is faulty, you must contact us at info@nx-t.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery (given the perishable nature of the goods) with photographic evidence of the issue.

2. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for any products.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Perishables)

Under UK law, the right to cancel and return "distance selling" orders does not apply to:

  • Perishable Goods: Items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including all refrigerated food and drink.

  • Hygiene/Health: Items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection reasons.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved due to a product defect:

  • No Return Required: For safety and hygiene reasons, we may ask you to dispose of the defective refrigerated item rather than shipping it back to us.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

5. Delivery Issues

As our products require refrigeration, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot offer refunds for products that spoil due to missed delivery attempts or if they are left unattended for an extended period after delivery
